Stiho wanted to select a new system to replace their home made applications.
I used my 3-step product selection methodology. In step 1 the inventarization of the requirements were carried out. In step 2 a pre selection was made of available systems and implementation partners. In step 3 a final pair of systems is selected which will give a demo based on scenario’s.
Stiho used the outcome to start a investment discussion with their shareholders on how to proceed.
